OUR PROCESS
1 – CONSULTATION
Every project begins with a conversation. At MACSUN we believe in listening to our clients. We will meet to discuss what your needs are and how you plan on utilizing your new space. Having a good understanding of your vision will help us start designing an area that is tailored fit for you and your family. It would be helpful to have a copy of the survey of your property at this meeting.
2 – DESIGN & 3D RENDERING
We believe that every project should start with a visual concept. We break this down into 2 phases. The first phase is the design phase. Once we have approval for the first phase of the estimate, we will begin putting together a visual 3D rendering of your project. This will give us the opportunity to iterate on the design in order to create the perfect space for you and your family.
3 – ESTIMATION
Once we have aligned on the overall design, we can proceed with the second phase. This phase will include a detailed estimate broken down per trade and services for the project.
4 – PERMITTING
After the final designs and estimations are approved, our team can assist in providing the documents necessary for HOA approval. We will also put together a new set of construction plans to submit to your city for permits. Obtaining the permit can take some time based on your city requirements. We will be in close contact during this time to update you on how things are progressing.
5 – CONSTRUCTION
Once the permits are obtained and the HOA has approved the project, we can begin construction. A copy of the permit and all architectural documents will be brought to you so that it can be placed on site. We will discuss the start date of the project during this time.
6 – COMPLETION
Congratulations on bringing your dream to life!!!
We will do a final walk through to ensure everything was completed to your satisfaction. We rely on referrals to continue to grow our business so we try to do anything we can to ensure that you are completely happy and in love with your new space.
